Cause:

Word cannot create a docfile (OLE2 file format) because the PC-NFS network does not include file locking.

Solution:

The \NS switch must be added or the \MS switch must be changed to \NS at the network connection command line.
NOTE: Contact the network administrator to learn how to access the needed network connection command line.
